About The Tour
The Tea Museum was established in the 2000s in the Nallathanni Estate. Here you can not only experience the Tea processing but also get to know more about the history of Munnar. (The ticket rate is 150 INR per person).
It was found by Dolly Lai, wife of a Tata Tea Manager Srishti. This is a school for Mentally and Physically challenged children.
You can shop for locally crafted goods, souvenirs, gifts for friends and family and a lot more.If you too belong to the category of shopaholics, and then Munnar won’t leave you disappointed.It was built in 1910 AD; this century-old church was actually built by Henry Mansfield Knight in memory of his wife Eleanor Isabel. The interiors enthralling and the tall windows makes you feel like walking into the British Era.
You can view the panoramic view of the Munnar and the surroundings hills. You can even see the distant Muthirapuzha River and Idukki Arch Dam.
